Shipment

Delivery will be 2-3 business day if the order is placed before 12pm. EzPak has its own drivers to deliver so we’ll handle orders on a daily basis.

Currently EzPak does not offer flat fee rate or shipment outside of Greater Vancouver Area and Fraser Valley Area. But please stay in tune that we will be developing this function soon!

Payment

We accept payment by credit card. All credit card data submitted online are securely processed by Shopify. We do not see your actual credit card or CVV numbers. Our website is SSL enabled to protect your information.

Return & Exchange

What is the return & exchange policy?

Shortages and damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods.
All returned goods will be charged for 15%-30% restocking fee. No goods shall be returned after 14 days.

Returned items should be in a resellable condition unless otherwise negotiated
