Shipment
Delivery will be 2-3 business day if the order is placed before 12pm. EZPAK have its own drivers to deliver so we’ll handle orders on a daily basis.
Flat fee shipping charge and free shipping minimum is by city. Just add your items to cart, go to the cart page, enter your city & postal code, you will get the shipping quote right away.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card. All credit card data submitted online are securely processed by a third party credit card processor, called Stripe. We do not see your actual credit card or CVV numbers. Our website is SSL enabled to protect your information
Return & Exchange
Q: What is the return & exchange policy?
A: Shortages and damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods.
All returned goods will be charged for 15%-30% restocking fee. No goods shall be returned after 14 days.
Returned items should be in a resellable condition unless otherwise negotiated
